The diversity of the Individual goals and motivations in Masters rowing requires a rethink of what we mean when we talk "training".  When training for older athletes, we must consider a broad range of questions regarding, improvement, maintenance, and restoration of physical performance.  We must also consider the risks inherent for older participants as well as what is needed to compliment training to ensure consistency and prevent injury. Join Volker Nolte as he outlines key training principles from his 2021 book on Masters Performance.
