How do you learn how to drive a trailer? Someone tosses you the keys and says "Meet me in Boston." Not enough.

In this workshop, you will learn almost everything from the condition of the towing vehicle to how to take a corner. We even have a scale model for demos.

We'll cover straps, blocks, red flags, overhang laws, riggers, insurance, oars, routes, -- all will be discussed. Where do you put the weight? Handouts and checklists will be supplied.

USRowing Safety Committee Chair and co-Author of "Water Ready, How to Get and Keep Your Rowing Equipment in its Prime," Margot Zalkind will cover how to safeguard your equipment (as well as your life) when planning your trailer driving.
